The SIX Swiss Exchange publishes the official notices of SIX Swiss Exchange-listed companies on a daily basis.
These notices provide the following information:

Company events: mergers, significant acquisitions or divestments,
reorganisations.

Changes of capital: capital increases and decreases, share buyback offers,
significant changes to the capital structure.

Dividend: ex date, amount, payment date.

Interest rates: for floating-rate bonds.
Official notices are available in German, French and/or English. Each notice is furnished with a
consecutive number, the publication date, the company name, the security and the security number.
A search
enhances the information quality.
