Listing on SIX Swiss Exchange - uncomplicated and based on partnership

Each year, a number of companies opt for a listing on SIX Swiss Exchange, and each day new securities are admitted to trading. The efficient and uncomplicated admission procedure, as well as personal accompaniment through the entire process, are just two of the many advantages SIX Swiss Exchange offers companies and product issuers - advantages that attest to the strength of the Swiss financial center.

Extensive advice and support

"Going Public on SIX Swiss Exchange" is a publication from the stock exchange, which will provide potential issuers with a practical guide containing all the information they need to know.

Under the menu items Shares, Bonds, ETFs & Funds, ETPs and Derivatives, you can find an overview of important information pertaining to listing on SIX Swiss Exchange.

SIX Exchange Regulation – the admission center

As an independent regulatory body within SIX Group, SIX Exchange Regulation bears responsibility for supervising and enforcing the legally prescribed obligations of issuers and participants with regard to their activities on SIX Swiss Exchange, Scoach Switzerland Ltd and Eurex.

The trading of shares, bonds, investment funds and index-based investment vehicles (i.e. exchange-traded funds), as well as Exchange Traded Products (ETPs), is conducted via SIX Swiss Exchange. Joint-venture companies Eurex and Scoach operate the securities exchange platforms for standardized derivatives (Eurex) as well as for warrants and structured products (Scoach).
