Shareholdings in companies that are domiciled in Switzerland and have at least a portion of their
shares listed in Switzerland must be reported to the company in question and the SIX Swiss Exchange if the
shareholdings exceed, fall below or reach certain thresholds. The
thresholds are 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 33 1/3, 50 and 66 2/3 % of the voting rights. Details are set

Via the database, you can make a precise search for information provided by companies in
adherence with this legal disclosure requirement.
Until the end of 2008 the database was based on the corporate filings published by the
companies in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC) since 1 January 1998 and
subsequently entered into the database by the Disclosure Office.
Since the implementation of the electronic publication platform of the Disclosure Office
the data is entered directly by the issuer within two trading days of receipt of the
filing. Publication on the SIX Swiss Exchange website takes place before 7.30 a.m. on the next day.
