The IT Advisory Board advises the SIX Swiss Exchange management board on all matters relating to trading
technology. It assesses release plans as to their fit with requirements and other dependencies
common to the entire market place. Where required it submits proposals pertaining to interfaces,
functionality and platforms. The advisory board convenes four times a year or as required.
Members of the advisory board are nominated such that a broad representation of SIX Swiss Exchange trading
participants is ensured.
