List of recognized Trade Data Monitors (TDM)
While negotiations with other TDMs are progressing, remote participants fulfilling their disclosure obligations
in their country of domicile are subject to the transitional regulations in accordance with
section 11.5.2 of the disclosure regulations, which states that compliance with disclosure obligations
to SIX Swiss Exchange or a recognized TDM is only voluntary.
