13.2 Clearing and settlement instructions 1 On behalf of the participants or agents concerned, the Exchange forwards information on trades to the central counterparty or, if the securities concerned are not CCP-eligible securities, directly to the relevant settlement organisation. 2 The Exchange does not forward any instructions to the settlement organisation in respect of trades that are reported to the Exchange using the trade report function.
