Participation and Connectivity Fees
The participation and connectivity fees are charges that must be paid either once or on a
recurring basis. They arise through the participant's utilisation of the SWXess trading platform.

Admission fee (one-time)
The one-time participant admission fee at SIX Swiss Exchange amounts to CHF 20'000 per
participant and must be paid prior to the commencement of trading activities on the Exchange.
Participation fee (annual)
The ongoing participation fee amounts to CHF 20'000 p.a. for each participant.
Connection fee (annual)
The annual connection fee for participants and Application Service Providers (ASP) with a direct connection
to the SIX Swiss Exchange stock market system is determined by the connectivity option that is chosen. The applicable
fees are given in the following table.
